“A la carte” Lunch

 

SERVICE FROM 12:00 TO 1:30 P.M.

Even if you haven’t selected full board, you can still enjoy lunch in our restaurant. You can enjoy your meal in the open air, weather permitting, with a breathtaking view of the lagoon!

We propose an “à la carte” menu featuring our famous raw fish and our succulent tartare of Tuna.

You’ll also have a more classic choice of fresh salads, club sandwiches, burgers and meats.

Finally, you can end your lunch on a sweet note with our delicious selection of desserts!

Our Chef's traditional raw fish recipe

Ingredients for 2 persons :

  • 200 g of fresh red tuna
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot and 1 onion according to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • juice of 2 freshly squeezed limes
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml of fresh coconut milk

Preparation:

  • Cut your tuna into small pieces
  • Season the chopped tuna with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the lime juice over the seasoned tuna and mix.
  • Add vegetables
  • Add sweet chili sauce
  • Mix everything together and add the coconut milk.
  • Add salt and pepper if necessary
