Cancellation Policy

- 7 000 CFP service charge for cancellation less than 45 days prior to booked arrival date.
- One night accommodation tour operator rate charge for cancellation less than 30 days prior to booked arrival date.
- Two nights accommodation charge for cancellation less than 15 days prior to booked arrival date.
- Entire stay due in case of “No show”.

In case of Force Majeure, we will consider making an exception to the cancellation Policy. In such cases, please contact us by fax at (689) 65 67 70, telephone at (689 65 67 38) or e-mail at and explain the force majeure circumstances. We will review these very carefully.

This cancellation policy reflects the fact that Vahine Island is a “destination” hotel for which clients plan and book several months in advance. The cancellation of a reservation at a date which is close to the booked dates results in a loss for the hotel because there are no longer alternative potential customers as the dates come close.
